Local Shipping

When you have EVERY idea what’s coming. Indeed, it’s the moment you’ve been waiting for – aside from the timer on your three-hour pot roast. Your order is en route!

Here’s what you need to know…

- We arrange an independent contractor for larger pieces of furniture or artworks and delivery fees are quoted at the time of purchase.

- We calculate shipping within Australia using the size, weight and fragility of your item/s. This helps us ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged.

- We use Australia Post (registered) or TNT Express for smaller items.

- You’ll need to sign for your item/s at the point of delivery for all parcels sent via registered post or courier.

- Orders placed after 11am Australian Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the following business day.

International Shipping

We want so much for all interior lovers to enjoy shopping with Fenton & Fenton. So, we’re working on ways of sharing our online shopping experience with our international friends; and while our current checkout option doesn’t allow for international shipping, we can still personally explore your request.

Larger items, particularly fragile or bulky items may incur significant freight costs, but soft furnishings, rugs and smaller items will of course be charged at less.
